We are looking for a Conversational Solutions Specialist to develop and optimize innovative conversational solutions that positively impact our clients.
Your responsibilities will be:

- Design and optimize AI-driven conversational flows to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the multi-channel experience.
- Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and development teams to ensure conversational solutions align with client goals and expectations
- Monitor the performance of deployed solutions, using analytics to continually improve the accuracy and interaction experience.
- Identify new improvement and automation opportunities by analyzing data and user feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in conversational AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Facilitate workshops and sessions with clients to adjust and personalize conversational solutions, delivering efficient and satisfying user experiences.

Valoramos perfiles con:
- At least 2 years of experience in conversational AI, chatbot design, or virtual assistant roles.
- Proficiency in platforms for designing and optimizing chatbots (e.g., LivePerson, Dialog Flow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework).
- Strong data analysis skills and user experience optimization.
- Advanced English for interaction with clients and international teams.
