We are looking for a DevOps and Observability Specialist who wants to develop high impact and innovative projects, collaborating with major clients and startups.
Your responsibilities will be:

- Architect and implement scalable observability solutions: Design and build end-to-end monitoring solutions, from data collection to visualization and alerting.
- Master observability tools: Gain deep expertise in tools like Prometheus, Grafana, FluentD, and ELK Stack to analyze metrics, logs, and distributed traces.
- Correlate data for insights: Construct intelligent dashboards and alerts to proactively identify performance bottlenecks, anomalies, and potential issues.
- Optimize user experience: Leverage observability data to enhance system availability, latency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams: Partner with development teams to embed observability practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Customer facing experience: Advise customers in defining their observability needs and choosing best practices.

We value profiles with:
- Proven observability experience: Demonstrated success in designing and implementing robust monitoring solutions in complex environments.
- Data analysis skills: Ability to extract meaningful insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Technical proficiency: Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana and Fluent stack.
- Programming skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages for automation and custom tool development.
- Problem-solving mindset: Ability to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions.
